Fenn Wright were pleased to be instructed to sell 85 properties at Chilton Place in Sudbury, a thoughtfully designed development of 130 new build homes by Andersons.

Andersons are an award-winning developer in the south of England and Steve Lillistone and Jenny Olley were involved from the start, providing key information on local market conditions and projected pricing.  They offered comprehensive advice to Andersons whilst they were still in the planning phase.  This put Fenn Wright in an excellent position when it came to the developer appointing a local agent and once we were instructed as their sole agents, we were thrilled with the initial response to our marketing campaign, which created a buzz amongst prospective buyers.
