New properties launched at Chilton Place

Chilton Place provides traditionally styled homes in a beautiful setting and offers a stunning collection of new build 2 & 3 bedroom bungalows and 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses in Sudbury.

Following the successful launch of properties in phase one, the first buyers will be moving into their brand-new homes at Chilton Place in the next few weeks.  When speaking to one buyer, they explained that they had visited several new build developments, but there was always something not quite right with the location or layout.  They felt they would need to spend more to update those properties to match the quality that Anderson could offer.  One buyer at Chilton Place said:

“We really will have a home ‘made by us’.  As we reserved early we were able to choose our style of kitchen doors, worktops and door handles, along with the wall tiling in our bathroom, so we will move into a home that is exactly what we wanted.  We were also struck by the large garden that we have here, with patio area and lawn as standard.”

There is currently only one 3 bedroom bungalow remaining, Plot 2, The Pickwick, which is on the market for £385,000.

In the Spring Budget, announced on Wednesday 3rd March, Chancellor Rishi Sunak announced a three month extension to the Stamp Duty holiday as well as a new mortgage guarantee system for homeowners who are able to raise a 5% deposit.  As well as this, at Chilton Place, the Government’s Help to Buy scheme is also available.

The most recently launched property at Chilton Place is Plot 33, The Walpole, a 2 bedroom semi-detached house priced at £285,000.
