New retail/restaurant premises in Ipswich

Fenn Wright is delighted to be marketing the final A1/A3 retail unit in the successful Rosehill shopping centre on Felixstowe Road, Ipswich.
The shopping centre originally comprised of an Aldi and an East of England Co-op store, but due to the popularity of the location it is now undergoing a multi-million pound redevelopment with the addition of well-known high street names.
A new larger Aldi store and Energie Fitness (Fit4less) gym are being built, the East of England Co-op store is being reconfigured and refurbished, and Poundstretcher will occupy the current Aldi premises. The scheme also includes a Greggs outlet at the front of the centre and a 160 space customer carpark.
An additional unit with a full glazed frontage is to sit between the new Aldi and Co-op. Measuring 6,330 sq ft, the premises will benefit from planning permission for either A1 (retail) or A3 (restaurant) use and will be available on a new lease from the beginning of next year.
Fenn Wright’s Alistair Mitchell said: “This is an ideal opportunity for a business to move into a popular neighbourhood shopping centre.
“Rosehill has a proven track record and the new occupiers are bound to increase its popularity further. This multi-million pound investment to the centre will only boost its success.”
