Proud to sponsor Great Britain Triathlete

Fenn Wright is thrilled to announce the sponsorship of our building surveyor, Donald Barber, as he prepares to compete for Team GB in the Middle-Distance Triathlon European Championships this summer.

The European triathlon elite will head to Herning, Denmark, to compete in the European Triathlon Federation’s gruelling challenge. The event takes place on 10th June and Donald will be going head to head with Europe’s most talented triathletes over a course of a 1.9km swim, 90km bike ride and 21.2km run.

Donald said: “It is a tremendous privilege to be representing my country; a fantastic opportunity that I’m really excited about. Thanks to Fenn Wright’s sponsorship, I have been able to expand my training, ensuring that I am at the peak of fitness when competing against Europe’s finest.”

Donald joined our Stanway branch more than two years ago as a building surveyor and is currently completing his training to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). During his time at Fenn Wright, he has successfully completed a degree in building surveying at Anglia Ruskin University, graduating impressively with first class honours.

Some of Donald’s colleagues will be making the journey to cheer him on throughout the race, whilst the rest of his team will be supporting him from afar. We wish Donald every success.
