Remaining unit at Rosehill in Ipswich is let
The final unit at the Rosehill development on Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, has been let to the British Heart Foundation.
The popular Rosehill neighbourhood shopping centre has now been fully let following the completion of the extended development last year and now features a new look Aldi, Energie Fitness gym, Poundstretcher, Greggs and refurbished East of England Co-op Daily Foodstore.
The new 6200 sq ft store opened its doors in May and features a wide variety of good quality pre-owned furniture and home appliances; from sofas and beds to TVs and dishwashers. Proceeds from the store help to fund innovative life-saving research into heart and circulatory diseases.
Nick Denny, Joint Chief Executive at East of England Co-op, owners of the Rosehill Retail Centre, said: “We are very pleased to welcome the British Heart Foundation, completing the offering at Rosehill which now provides a range of services for the local community.
