Rosy future for Rosehill Retail Centre

Acting on behalf of East of England Cooperative Society, Fenn Wright have secured lettings of all the units in the scheme now under construction.  Aldi Stores will relocate to a new larger unit of 16,600 sq ft, whilst their current 15,000 sq ft store will be refurbished and let to Poundstretcher.  In the meantime Greggs will start trading from a new roadside unit in the spring and Fit4less will be opening a new 7,500 sq ft gym in the summer.
