The search is on for a new apprentice to join our Building Consultancy team

03 Aug 23

Over the years, Fenn Wright have supported and helped several members of staff in qualifying as Chartered Surveyors through our in-house APC training scheme.  Following this success, we are now looking for an apprentice to start their career with our Building Consultancy department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a multi-discipline firm, where you can begin your career path under the Government Apprenticeship Scheme.  This will allow the successful candidate to attend university over a 4 year period, whilst also studying and training for their Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence.

Our Building Consultancy team offer expert advice to clients throughout East Anglia within both the commercial and residential sectors, providing a broad range of services.  The role will include in-house training throughout the firm, working alongside our experienced Building Surveyors.

Nigel Berry MRICS, Partner, who heads up our Building Consultancy team added “This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has completed their A Levels or BTEC, to join our team and start their career in Building Surveying.  Employing an apprentice brings great benefits to both Fenn Wright and the candidate, allowing them to study part-time, whilst attending work and gaining experience in the field.”

We would be delighted to hear from anyone who is interested in starting their Building Surveying career with Fenn Wright.  Details of the role and apprenticeship scheme are below:
