Virtual Viewings
As well as offering virtual valuations, one feature we have recently introduced to our marketing presentation with great success is our virtual viewing service.
Before lockdown, we were able to arrange for a number of our negotiators to conduct walk-through video tours with audio, guiding potential purchasers around each property.
Rather than making them widely available online, we find it is more appropriate to invite interested parties to get in touch with us for a virtual viewing so that we can ensure they are properly registered. In doing this, we are able to gauge their initial feedback which is useful when reporting to our clients and of course, ultimately the aim is to convert this into a physical viewing.

We will continue to market properties to the best of our ability and register interested parties and although our offices are closed, we are always open online and continue to promote properties on our website, Rightmove and OnTheMarket.
