Caroline started her career in marketing working for a software company in Ipswich before relocating to London. Having worked in the IT industry for several years, she subsequently moved into recruitment, working for Hays IT in Martlesham and London, as Account Manager for Hewlett Packard and GlaxoSmithKline.  After leaving Hays in 2008, Caroline stayed in recruitment working for GS Consultants, a company which specialises in helping US venture capital backed start-ups build teams across EMEA.

Caroline joined Fenn Wright in 2015 and as Marketing Manager, supports the Partners in creating and delivering marketing strategy across the business and throughout our network of branches in Essex & Suffolk.
