John joined Fenn Wright in 2016 and is an RICS Registered Valuer with a strong reputation within the commercial property sector in Essex. He has an MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2021.

John heads up the Chelmsford office as well as the firm’s new Basildon office at Phoenix Place, which opened in 2026. He specialises in Commercial Agency, Valuations and Landlord and Tenant matters (Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews) – providing clients with clear, strategic advice supported by deep market knowledge. Outside of work, John enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
