Martin started his career as a rural chartered surveyor in Mid Wales and qualified as ARICS in 1985. He subsequently moved to a large firm in Ipswich where he was primarily responsible for a number of large agricultural Estates before setting up his own business in 1991. Martin Freeman & Co was merged into Fenn Wright in 1998 when Martin became a Partner.
Having managed Fenn Wright’s rural division since 1990, Martin has developed a niche specialising in Water and Leisure properties, in particular, fisheries.
Martin’s role has been to develop this part of the business, dealing with all aspects of sales, valuations, professional and planning work.
Martin says ‘Fenn Wright are known nationally as the specialists in Water and Leisure properties and we cover the whole of the UK. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients and have a keen interest in fishing.’
