Roseanna has built an extensive career in the property industry since 2013, developing a strong specialism in Residential Lettings.

She joined Fenn Wright in 2017 as a Property Manager, where she was responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio, including several key accounts and later heading up the Property Management team, a position she held until 2021. During this time, she played a pivotal role in developing team performance, streamlining processes, and maintaining compliance with evolving industry regulations.

Now serving as the firm’s Head of Operations, Roseanna is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across the business, enhancing operational performance, and supporting continued growth. Her in-depth industry knowledge, combined with her leadership experience, enables her to play a key role in shaping the firm’s future direction.
