A very professional team who go the extra mile. The team at Fenn Wright have been great at guiding us through our sale, and in particular through all the tricky moments that come with selling an empty property subject to probate with all the various legalities involved. I have had the pleasure of meeting most of the sales team at Fenn Wright Sudbury branch. All the staff are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. My husband and I have just purchased a property and also sold our own through the branch. I have to say that our experience dealing with some other property agents in the area has not been as pleasant. In a very competitive housing market customer service is key and this branch have gone over and above to ensure the transaction went smoothly. Thank you for your perseverance and kindness. I would have no hesitation but to recommend this agent to anyone looking to buy or sell. 

At the end of a long process having listed our property just before the pandemic with another estate agent – we moved to Fenn Wright because of the positive attitude of Jack Gundry when he moved to this company. Together with Jack the team led by Scott have been excellent and supportive throughout the sales process and unlike previous companies the staff at Fenn Wright have always been there when needed or their back up support has been available to respond. We would highly recommend this company.

First class service from Fenn Wright from the initial valuation right through to completion. Was very impressed with both Scott and Cameron and it made the whole sale process easy. Scott spent almost an hour with me on the valuation going through how everything worked and what we should market the property at and he was spot on. It actually achieved just over his valuation and I was very pleased with the figure we got.  They were always available over the phone or through email, with very quick responses and always very helpful.  Overall I highly recommend using Fenn Wright if you’re looking to sell your property. For me, they have put a bit more faith in my perception of estate agents.

We recently brought our first house through Fenn Wright and I can’t thank them enough! It was a long and stressful process for us, however, Martina and Laura kept us informed through the whole thing! They kept things moving between solicitors and were very reassuring and accommodating.
