Laura Smith was amazing! I can’t thank Laura Smith enough. She has always been extremely helpful at every point in this house purchase. Very knowledgeable, helpful and has always gone the extra mile to try and ensure everything was on track. Thank you Laura for your patience, perseverance and all of the hours you put in chasing up solicitors to keep things moving! Very efficient at keeping me updated regularly and so understanding and reassuring when I was getting stressed with the solicitors! Liaised wonderfully between all parties and took a lot of stress out of the process.  I genuinely can’t thank and recommend Laura enough. A real gem.

Throughout the whole sale process, which was rather protracted due to legal issues, Tracy at Fenn Wright Sudbury was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to successfully bring the sale to completion. Cannot thank her and Fenn Wright enough a definite 5* service!
