We had three agents value our property with one offering a preferential rate.  We were keen to go with a realistic price to sell and not just to the highest valuation to get our business (then have to drop the price later).  When we met Aston he came across as very professional and knowledgeable and he took time to understand our circumstances and talk through the market conditions.  His valuation was higher than other agents, however with a greater enthusiasm for our property and certainty that this was an achievable price giving us confidence to appoint Fenn Wright.  We have been absolutely delighted that we did; Aston, Scott, Anglia and Ollie work as a team and they actively marketed the property, met the buyers to ensure they had all the info they needed, kept us informed at each point and gave us very much appreciated advice when required.  Having not sold for over 40 years it was reassuring to be represented by such a professional team.  We had two offers within 2 weeks and completed on the sale within 3 months.  I would recommend Fenn Wright to any potential seller.

Our sale has not been straightforward, with the bottom at the chain falling out at the point of exchange. However, the sale progression team has been great in keeping us informed of events and progress – special mention to Annie who has been fantastic throughout.
