I first felt the cost of services to be expensive compared to other agents, HOWEVER, Fenn Wright were able to achieve a higher sale price than I had banked on and offered tiered commission to reflect that.  When the first sale fell through, there were 2 more buyers lined up quickly.  In all I had 4 viewings of the house and 3 of those wanted to buy, so I would say that Fenn Wright did an excellent job in marketing to buyers.  Shannon kept me informed through the sales process and was helpful at all times.

Fantastic service from valuation through to completion.  All staff were professional, efficient and friendly.  My main contact was Tracy Wigens who went over and above to assist in getting the chain to complete before Christmas.  Tracy chased solicitors and estate agents throughout the complete chain and got the job done.  Thank you!
