James did a fantastic job selling our flat.  He was extremely professional and went the extra mile for us, such as watering the plants, picking up mail etc, because the property was vacant during the week.  He was a pleasure to communicate with, keeping us regularly updated and reassuring any concerns.  We were also delighted with his knowledge and negotiation skills, achieving the sale price we had hoped for from the outset.
