I recently had the pleasure of working with Fenn Wright, and I must say their service exceeded my expectations. As a tenant, I was impressed by their professionalism, attention to details, and most of all, their can do attitude.  If you had an office in Spain I would use Fenn Wright to manage my properties there.  This will be my 3rd year with them, no complaints at all.

Having recently used Fenn Wright to sell my house, I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service that the staff of the Witham branch gave. They were professional throughout the entire process and ensured the whole sale ran smoothly and effortlessly. I will definitely consider using them again in the future.

Phil at Fenn Wright was recommended by a friend. We were very honest and upfront with our situation but Phil was very honest and upfront with our expectations.  As soon as we went live with our house sale we had realistic people over with a view to buying our house! 8 days in and we had a sale!  We had our hearts set on a house we had seen for sale for sometime and Phil gave good honest guidelines. We followed his advice and the sellers accepted our offer!  Absolutely amazing customer service!  I absolutely can’t recommend Phil at Fenn Wright more!

Ben was an incredibly helpful and supportive agent throughout the sale of our seafront character flat. The whole team were approachable, helpful and informative. Viewings were arranged with suitable potential buyers and any issues with getting buyers was to do with the turbulent mortgage market at the time. There wasn’t an instance where I was unable to contact somebody at the office.  Progression was as smooth as can be for a flat and a stressful experience was made much less than the nightmare it could have been.
