    Fenn Wright managed my property for 22 years. I found them very obliging and always helpful when the various tenants took over. Always replaced with the lease time in between tenants. A special thank you to Mel Rowlands from the rental department for her help when the last tenant vacated. She supplied me with various contact numbers needed to refurbish the apartment ready to sell. Whatever problem came up with their departure or the apartment itself, she helped giving good sound advice.
