    Karl Manning acted for the seller of our new house. His magnificent manner in handling that made it a no brainer for us to instruct him to sell our house. We were highly impressed by how Karl drove all aspects of the sale along, he is an excellent communicator and his capacity to make things happen between both parties, agents, solicitors etc meant we would never have selected anyone but him to sell our house. He got the valuation spot on and worked tirelessly, as did Emma, to ensure a rapid sale. Fantastic job!
