The first time I bought a house, it was a private sale/purchase agreed over a nice glass of red wine. Unorthodox maybe, but a good deal ensued for both parties, leading to a happy home for years. Forgive my skepticism, but what point could there be to adding an estate agent to the mix? Well, it seems quite a lot. I recently bought a house marketed by Fenn Wright. Out of necessity, we navigated the course to completion with unusual speed. I so appreciated Chris’ input; calm, sensible advice; practical, pertinent prods to keep all the moving parts turning. He remained fully involved right through to a successful conclusion. You can’t fake knowledge, experience and straightforward decency. Fenn Wright’s reputation is earnt by experiences like mine. Thank you.

Fenn Wright were very easy to contact and kept us up to date all the way through the process.  We also used their surveyors who, again, were prompt and had excellent customer service.

Any queries were dealt with quickly and all communication was friendly. Never felt like I was being a pain. No problems whatsoever. Thank you
