A personal recommendation concerning James Bowden – Other than viewing appointments being made we dealt solely with James Bowden. A very professional approach from the start. He spent time taking photos for the particulars, he always kept us informed of developments. Importantly he always answered our calls when he knew that the information might not be what we wanted to hear! He dealt with the delay in exchanging contracts in a calm manner even though it was due to the solicitors of the first time buyers down the chain. A very professional service albeit with expensive fees! I would recommend James Bowden without hesitation whatever agent he worked for.
