Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and professional, but Julie-Ann in particular was fantastic. She provided an excellent service as our point of contact through what was at times a very challenging transaction. She always responded promptly and with the utmost professionalism. She was friendly and easy to chat to, but most importantly we really trusted her, even though we were not strictly her clients. Without her hard work and efforts beyond the call of duty, there is a real possibility the transaction would not have ended as happily as it has.
