Unfortunately I suffer from O.C.D and I explained that I like to be kept informed all the way through this process. I may be abrupt at times, but I explained this to Jason and Natasha from the start. I was kept informed all the way through the sale and purchase. I was always treated with respect, honesty and we exchanged banter. There were, quite naturally some hiccups along the way, but the staff dealt with them admirably. Jason and Natasha were first class. They are a credit to themselves, their families, their colleagues and to the Fenn Wright Company. I already have forwarded and recommended them and the FW company to friends and family if they wish to pursue and purchase or sale. I cannot speak highly enough of Jason, Natasha and the attention the rest of the staff gave me. Well Done.

I have been very impressed with the service I received from Fenn Wright, initially because it was accepted that I was not quite ready to sell when my house was first valued. They kept me informed throughout, after viewings and with updates of my queries particularly those relating to legal and surveying issues were answered clearly. All the staff I spoke to were helpful, Tony and Ryan were extremely good. They also gave me details of my new home as soon as it was on the market.

Everyone was very helpful particularly Kevin at the beginning of the process and finalising arrangements.

Great experience with Fenn Wright. Excellent communication right up to and assisting with exchange. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
