    Fenn Wright have dealt with three properties for us this year, and we can not fault their efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of our sales/purchases. They dealt with all problems we en-counted (including tenants) in a very efficient manner, liaison with our solicitors was immediate and we greatly appreciated their immediate attention in all matters.     I was very impressed with the team at Fenn Wright, Manningtree. My house was a Grade II listed building with all the associated problems with such a property. The team were proactive throughout the sale and solved problems as they came up. I feel they made the difference at each turn of the way and I would recommend them to any potential seller.
