We’ve been looking for a place for so long, with absolutely no help from other agencies, until speaking with fenn wright, it’s been smooth sailing to the point where we’ve now found a property and had constant help and understanding on a personal level. We’ve been in touch with Nathaniel Corrigan from the Colchester branch and I honestly couldn’t thank him enough for how much he’s supported us in a really difficult time of need. He has prioritised and understood our situation, ensuring we don’t get left in the dark at all. I cannot express this enough, it is the best customer service I’ve ever had and I’m extremely grateful. I also want to thank Kevin who’s also really taken care of us during an important time. If I could give ten stars I would. 🙂

First class service from Matt, who came out to value our house. Also Emma & Charlotte who showed us a couple of properties of interest -they were friendly and inform. I found Matt very honest straight forward and very polite. No hard sales talk just an honest appraisal of value and costs involved in moving house. Matt had very good local knowledge of the area in which we live and I would not hesitate to use if we do decide to sell at a later date.

The service provided by Tom at Fenn Wright’s Water and Leisure section was exceptional. Our market research had already indicated that Tom had a remarkable track record in valuing and selling fisheries across the UK, and it quickly became apparent why. He applied a practical and professional approach throughout all our communications. His service was outstanding and consistently exceeded my expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and customer service, especially considering that I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I never normally leave reviews but felt I should for this as the team at Fenn Wright in Chelmsford did an exceptional job at helping me sell my property. I would definitely use their services in the future. Thanks again Guys!

We arranged a viewing with Fenn Wright to view a specific plot at Laureate Fields. Fenn Wright accommodated us at short notice and Ariel showed us around in a very professional manner. First of all he arrived on time, something that other estate agents in the area had never managed to do, and greeted us in a very pleasant manner.His knowledge of both the property and the development was first class and he allowed us time to discuss the various aspects amongst ourselves, again something that not many estate agents do in our experience.
He then offered to show us other available properties at the development so that we could get a feel for those also.
