After an awful experience with a previous, different, estate agent, we were apprehensive working with Fenn Wright.  Our worries and concerns were blown out of the water by Shannon Lay who was incredibly proactive in progressing our purchase and keeping us updated on any and all developments.  Will certainly be recommending the Ipswich branch of Fenn Wright to any and all friends that need estate agents services!

Developing and investing in property over the last 20 years I’ve found that professional contacts throughout the industry are key to a successful business. When Fenn Wight opened the Sudbury branch, they brought together a wealth of local experience by employing key individuals to cover all the roles handled by the branch. I highly recommend their services to anyone buying or selling a property.

It has been a pleasure working with the Fenn Wright Commercial team over the past five years. They have extensive and detailed knowledge of the Colchester office market, are proactive in engaging with potential tenants and diligently assisted throughout the whole process, through to completion of the lease.  We have had an extremely busy and successful year at The Octagon with 22,000 sq ft. of lettings.  The team reacted well to the ever-changing market demands and we felt supported with a strong client relationship, further demonstrated by the record-breaking year at The Octagon.

Both of my family’s parents passed away in their 90s during 2022 and it was decided to sell their former home. The advice we had and the subsequent service provided by Peter Ruddy and Jamie Devereux (in Woodbridge), respectively, was excellent with the family receiving regular updates throughout the process and immediate action being taken where necessary, all of which was provided by a very friendly and affable team! Having been practising in the commercial property market for nearly 40 years, I can doubly vouch for the service and advisory standards provided and accordingly have no hesitation in recommending Fenn Wright – well done all!
