    In these difficult times, it is perhaps a time to think very carefully about who you instruct to sell your property, or even who you use to purchase a property through.  I therefore think it is absolutely worth mentioning the exceptional service I have had using Fenn Wright over the years to purchase more than one property, three at least in the last few years.  It is a clear and professional service with that all important human touch.  One particular individual I have dealt with several times is Neil Sell from the Sudbury branch who goes way beyond any agent I have ever dealt with in 35 years of buying and selling property.  The sales tracking side of Fenn Wright is excellent too. So if you have a property to sell and are looking for service way beyond the call of duty and a skill set second to none then walk into Fenn Wright.

    We have just had a valuation from Fenn Wright, Sudbury.  Mr Neil Sell, was very professional, he clearly had complete knowledge of our area and the current market situation. He was also very knowledgeable on where all the schools/doctors are etc in relation to our property.  Mr Sell was extremely thorough, he didn’t rush anything, he fully explained how Fenn Wright services work and how our sale would be dealt with from start to finish.  We were both very impressed, a very polite chap, who clearly has a great all round knowledge.  We will definitely be using Fenn Wright when we decide to move forwards.

    For a while, I had been searching for a commercial property in Colchester when I stumbled upon a building managed by Fenn Wright that was available to let. Excitedly, I sent an email during the night and received a call from Mr Edward Nolan the following morning. Despite the short notice, he was able to show me around the property on the same day. We quickly arranged a viewing and the communication between us was exceptional. As a first-time commercial property seeker, the entire process can be intimidating, but Ed and his team made it so easy.
