We had a great experience with Fenn Wright Kesgrave, our chain was quite complicated and they were just amazing, particularly Emma who gave us constant updates and pushed hard to get the sale over the line.

Any questions and concerns we had were dealt with immediately by Maria.  We were kept in the picture the whole way through the buying process.

Very professional and attentive estate agent and also great customer care from Mr. Scott Cracknell​, who arranged viewings quickly and was able to accommodate our timings and availability.
He made some great recommendations regarding mortgage broker and setting up appointments. He also managed to secure the lovely flat for us and he is a credit to Fenn Wright.  As a first time buyer in the beautiful city of Chelmsford this was greatly appreciated!  We’d highly recommend to anyone.

Kirsty was a superstar! She was the most helpful person ever with helping us buy our first house. She gave us updates every week and towards the end every day, gave us all the advice we needed, and helped so much when things got a bit difficult. She really made buying our first house such a pleasure. Even if she was away, we still got our updates and help from other people in the office. If we were to ever move again, I wouldn’t even question using Kirsty and this estate agents. Thank you so much!
