Well what can I say, having had years of bad experience with estate agents I was taken aback by the fantastic service and support I have had from Fenn Wright. They have completely changed my idea of what I used to think about estate agents.  These last few months have been very hard and stressful, with a lot of stuff out of my control during the process of me buying my first place. The one good constant has been the support and above and beyond service I have received from Chloe, who has been updating me and going out of her way and pushing for information when solicitors and management companies were dragging their feet.  100% I will use Fenn Wright in the future and make sure to tell others to do so as well!
