We are so grateful that we choose Fenn Wright to sell our property. They were professional, kind and helpful at all times and Tracy went above and beyond to help us secure the purchase of our new home, which has taken a year and 9 months and has been an absolute nightmare. She spent a huge amount of time explaining things to us, providing support and guidance, pacifying our buyers and even liaising with other estate agents and solicitors on our behalf. It’s fair to say that it wouldn’t have happened without her help.  Throughout the process, Fenn Wright had to put our house on the market three times and did so without complaint or fuss, even though I’m sure they were as desperate as we were to complete our sale.   We are incredibly grateful to everyone in the Sudbury office who was involved, particularly Tracy, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fenn Wright to anyone looking to sell their property.

From the get go Nathaniel and Sinead have been as helpful as possible.  In a market where competition is fierce, Nathaniel has been nothing but composed and happy to assist, he listens and takes the time to actually get to know his prospective tenants. Something a lot of estate agents could learn from!

The Fenn Wright property management team are always very quick to sort out any issues. Regan Taunton is always very polite and courteous and I feel that my property is in safe hands.
