I used Fenn Wright this year to sell my home in Colchester. It is the 2nd time I have used them and will be using them again. My point of contact was Graham and he was the agent who I dealt with for the valuation and sale.  What a gentleman, he advised me, took care of me and treated me with kindness and support. A very respectful, genuine and professional attitude at all times. A credit to his company.

From start to finish our sale and purchase experience with Fenn Wright was top class. James was by far and away the most honest and genuine agent we spoke to and created a superb and professional ad for our property. Chris was extremely knowledgeable of the area and property we purchased and throughout the process Emma was excellent, keeping us updated regularly and even taking time to answer questions whilst on holiday. During the process of vacating one of your rented properties your Property Manager, Mel Rowlands, was very instrumental in assuring that the whole process was done professionally, swiftly and fairly. Mel communicated very well and acted fairly for both sides. There were times when I was getting very frustrated and agitated with the whole situation, however it was Mel who ironed things out very swiftly and found a compromise to suit both sides. Her communication and client handling skills are second to none.  My wife and I would like to thank Mel for helping us get through a very anxious period of moving house, particularly with two young children. We would highly recommend using Fenn Wright when buying or renting a home, and that’s because of their staff like Mel Rowlands.
