The initial contact with Fenn Wright when Neil did the survey and valuation convinced us we had made the right choice. His professionalism and confident approach was quickly backed up by contact with Jenny and Tracy. We were quite nervous and unsure about selling after 21 years in our house but the whole team was kind and patient with us. Importantly, our buyers had listed their interest with Fenn Wright for the same reasons, and we were put together quite quickly. Fenn Wright then ensured that the prospective sale (and our purchase through another agent in another town) went through to a satisfactory conclusion. The whole experience with Fenn Wright demonstrated the value of having professional, experienced support in selling and buying property. Importantly, the price they secured for us, which was in excess of what we might have asked in a private sale, enabled us to cover our whole conveyancing and removal costs. We cannot recommend Fenn Wright more highly.
