Vacancy Details

The successful candidate will be expected to work at the highest standard and be committed to delivering outstanding client service, as an individual and as part of a motivated team. Placed within our Property Management Team located at our head office in Stanway, Colchester, the successful candidate’s key responsibilities will involve; providing vital support to our Lettings division operating across our branch network, delivering excellent levels of customer service to Tenants and Landlords whose properties are managed by Fenn Wright.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of properties in the local area.
  • Organising & conducting property visits.
  • Organising safety inspections in line with legislation and flagging up remedial works.
  • Reporting back to landlords and arranging any necessary remedial work.
  • Dealing promptly and courteously with all communications from landlords, tenants and contractors.
  • Responding quickly to urgent maintenance issues and dealing with potential dangers associated with a property in a timely manner.
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals, collecting rent and dealing with late payments.
  • Processing end of tenancy check outs, liaising with utility companies, letting offices and client accounts departments.
  • Running monthly reports.

Hours of Work

  • 40 hours per week – 08:30 to 17:30 – Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch
