Vacancy Details

As a Residential Sales Negotiator at Fenn Wright, your role will be to;

  • Manage sales to exchange and completion of contracts through influencing, consulting, and negotiating sales, whilst always giving professional advice to clients.
  • Liaise with a database of potential clients on a regular basis building key relationships.
  • Identify and follow through on new business opportunities
  • Manage daily enquiries via telephone, email and in branch.
  • Organise the marketing of properties including brochure and advertising descriptions.
  • Capable diary management of yourself and others
  • Ensure you follow governing compliance at all times

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in the property sales market
  • Experience as a Sales Negotiator or Residential Valuer
  • Results driven
  • An excellent team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer centric attitude
  • Highly organised
  • Proficient with computer software and analytics tools
  • Solution focused
  • A valid UK driving licence
