Vacancy Details

As a Residential Valuer at Fenn Wright, your role will be to;

  • Conduct market appraisals in our client’s homes, offering market leading professional advice
  • Advise potential clients on marketing strategies and tools available
  • Ability to build key relationships and follow up
  • Always ensure outstanding client care and service
  • Impeccable presentation at all times
  • Identify and follow up new business opportunities
  • Monitor and manage team performance as well as your own
  • Monitor and influence market share.
  • Maintain a customer centric approach.
