As a Residential Valuer at Fenn Wright, your role will be to;
- Conduct market appraisals in our client’s homes, offering market leading professional advice
- Advise potential clients on marketing strategies and tools available
- Ability to build key relationships and follow up
- Always ensure outstanding client care and service
- Impeccable presentation at all times
- Identify and follow up new business opportunities
- Monitor and manage team performance as well as your own
- Monitor and influence market share.
- Maintain a customer centric approach.
