About the Role

We are looking for a driven and personable Valuer to join our busy residential team in Witham to provide excellent customer service, dedicated to promoting and selling property to clients.

The successful applicant will be working within a professional team who have a genuine passion for the industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We will consider an experienced professional with a proven track record; knowledge of the local area would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market appraisals in our client’s homes, providing accurate valuations and winning instructions in agreement of success rate outlined.
  • Liaise with and advise potential clients about their property.
  • Service a database of potential clients on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients whose homes we are selling.
  • Arranging and conducting viewing appointments.
  • Looking for potential new opportunities for the business.
  • Monitor and manage the team’s performance.
  • Monitor and influence market share.
  • Maintain a customer centric approach.


  • Proven agency experience valuing residential property.
  • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market.

  • Strong communication skills – written and oral.

  • IT skills in Office 365.
