David has over 20 years’ experience as a Chartered Surveyor and joined Fenn Wright in 2003, having previously worked for a national firm. He became a Partner of Fenn Wright in 2015 and currently heads up the Farms & Estates and Rural department.
Specialising in all aspects of rural work, David advises a broad spectrum of clients on management, professional and agency instructions. In addition to this, he also provides specialist development advice, including advising and negotiating option and promotion agreements and strategic planning.
David strives to provide the best technical advice, balanced with a practical approach, to provide an effective outcome to any rural issue.
