Nigel started his career as a Building Surveyor/Architectural Technician in London, prior to joining Fenn Wright in 1998. Nigel became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2003 and went on to become a Salaried Partner of the firm in 2014, heading up the Building Consultancy division.
He has extensive experience in the sector and knowledge of the local area, offering a broad range of skills and acting on behalf of numerous large regional companies, advising them on general property matters.
Fenn Wright was invaluable in helping Suffolk Chamber of Commerce navigate the complexities of our recent office move, particularly with our dilapidation’s agreement and settlement. Nigel prepared a thorough dilapidations schedule and costings, skilfully liaised and negotiated with the landlord’s surveyor on our behalf, and guided us through what could have been a challenging process.
