The lease is contracted outside of the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act and a rent deposit to the value of 3 months' rent is held by the Landlord.

We understand that the Tenant has an informal arrangement with the Landlord to use Furzedown House car park at a rent of £3,600 per annum.
