The land at Rapier Street is in two sections. The first part comprises of four in-line car spaces which is shown on the image shaded blue. The second is further car spaces - also shaded blue in the image.
The land for sale also comprises of a small want in the rear garden of No 1 Harland Street which can be used as a pedestrian access to the parcel of land titled 279246.
The parcel of land, found on the titled 279246 is at a lower level to the land on Rapier Street and is currently overgrown with vegetation.
The land can be accessed by pedestrians, steps to be provided by any purchaser. A vehicular access can be created by any potential purchaser via the existing access road situated between no 6 and no 11 Harland Street. The wooden fence accessed via Harland Street is owned by our client and included within the sale.
