Deposit
A deposit is payable prior to occupation, equivalent to between one-three months' rental, dependent on the business covenant and terms agreed.

Serviced Offices
The rent is inclusive of: 1GB internet per month, telephone handsets & 500 minutes of calls per month, business rates, water rates, HVAC climate control, lighting, electricity, buildings insurance, fire & burglar alarms, buildings & ground maintenance, and maintenance and cleaning of the communal areas.

Tenants have full access to the on site gym, shower facilities & meeting 'pods'. Several of the offices come equipped with TV's and mini-fridges. There is a fresh 'Barista-style' coffee machine for use for all tenants, as well as bottled water.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
We have been advised that the premises fall within class B (30) of the energy performance assessment scale. A full copy of the EPC assessment and recommendation report is available from our office upon request.

VAT
