James originally joined Fenn wright in 2002 as a trainee and has risen through the ranks to become an office manager. In April 2015 James was promoted to Associate Partner of the company. James has developed a good name for himself in Colchester over the years, he has excellent knowledge of the town and surrounding villages and prides himself of his exemplary levels of customer service.

Tracy has over 30 years’ experience working in Sudbury. Her role as Sales Progressor and problem solver is a vital role in the Fenn Wright team, making sure to keep to the schedule that our clients are aiming to achieve.
Tracy will liaise with vendors and purchasers and her experience and wealth of knowledge in the industry makes her an important member of staff. She lives in the Sudbury area with her family and is a keen gardener and supporter of Sudbury Rugby club and enjoys long walks with her dog.

Kirsty has lived in Colchester all her life so has a great knowledge of local law firms which she has built firm relationships with. Alan started his career with the District Valuer/Valuation office and then worked for a national corporate estate agency before joining Fenn Wright. He became a partner of the business in 1999 and has been Managing Partner since 2004.
Married with two grown up children, he enjoys walking with his dogs and football – both playing five- a-side and watching his beloved Ipswich Town!
