Fenn Wright celebrates second anniversary of Newman Commercial acquisition
Fenn Wright has just celebrated the second anniversary of the acquisition and integration of Newman Commercial, the highly regarded Colchester-based practice of Chartered Surveyors and commercial property consultants.
The acquisition in 2017 cemented our reputation as the leading firm of commercial property agents in Essex and Suffolk. In addition to commercial agency services it also enabled the team at Colchester Business Park to offer an expanded portfolio of services and expertise to existing clients and their advisors, including:
- Formal RICS ‘Red Book’ valuations
- Building consultancy advice such as building condition surveys, dilapidations and building regulation submissions
- Business rates advice
- Landlord and tenant services including rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gearing.
- Commercial property management
Since forming in 1996, Newman Commercial has been providing strategic and innovative property solutions to clients within the Eastern region, and in recent years successfully completed a number of the most significant commercial property transactions in the Colchester area.
The integration of Newman Commercial with Fenn Wright has created one of the largest firms of Chartered Surveyors and commercial property consultants in East Anglia. In what has been a highly successful venture, we are able to offer clients a unique resource of market intelligence and expertise.
Partners at Fenn Wright and Newman Commercial were joined by colleagues and clients at Colchester’s Mimosa restaurant last month for an evening of celebration of the second anniversary of the merger.
