Amazing service and speedy sale! We popped into Fenn Wright to put an offer in on a house, but soon found we needed an active offer on our house first. Fenn Wright clearly explained this to us and were able to value and list our house within 24-48 hours.
Within an hour of listing we had several viewings booked in and within 2-weeks we’d sold our house and managed to get our dream house (also through Fenn Wright). Throughout we had exceptional service and contact with Fenn Wright detailing every important move and keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend 😊

Absolutely fantastic service from Callum and the team at Fenn Wright in Woodbridge. This was a sale with a long chain and Callum coordinated the whole process at the end, liaising with agents and buyers/sellers across the chain to keep everyone on board – this is the point where most agents sit back and ‘let it happen’ , but it’s the point where it can fall apart. Very grateful Callum for going above and beyond the norm!! I thoroughly recommend Fenn Wright in Woodbridge , and in the words of the great Arnie – “I’ll be Baaack” 😀

Just to say a huge thank you to the team at Fenn Wright Woodbridge, and especially to Sharon and Jamie! Not only did they find us our dream cottage, they made the process of buying it straightforward and (almost) stress-free. They were always available when we needed something, sent us weekly updates on what was happening, chased solicitors really effectively when things slowed down down, and generally kept the whole thing moving. And they were never less than friendly, charming, and cheerful too. By far the best experience of estate agents that I have ever had!

We listed our late mother’s property with Fenn Wright and couldn’t be happier. Matt came round almost immediately and agreed to list the property at a price which I was expecting.
Markup was done on 15th September and the first viewing was the following day, with a further 2 viewings that day. In total we had 14 viewings with 2 offers below the asking price, before accepting an offer at full asking price just 10 days later. Exchange was arranged on 13 November with Completion on 28th November just 6 weeks after listing.
The whole process was totally painless, we didn’t have to do anything. Fenn Wright even arranged for the EPC to be carried out. All viewings were done by FW and we were kept informed at every level. I cannot thank the team at Fenn Wright enough for their fantastic service and support throughout this process, it seriously couldn’t have gone any smoother. 6 weeks from listing till completion, what’s not to like. Fantastic.
