I would highly recommend using Fenn Wright if you are considering buying or selling your home, I have used their services twice in the past ten years. Moving home is rarely easy and Fenn Wright provide a no hassle service, listen to your needs and give good, honest advice. They are there being supportive, especially when things don’t go as planned. A special ‘Thank you’ to David Nesmith for his professional judgement, patience, kindness & encouragement and to Kirsty King who always kept me informed at each stage of the process and for her dogged determination to support me to get my purchase/sale over the line. They were both enormously helpful to me throughout the whole process and from start to finish they made me feel as though I was their only customer, you can’t get better service than that! 

Each member of staff I came into contact with at Fenn Wright, right from the beginning, was extremely helpful, willing to listen and resolved my queries in the shortest time possible. All staff members were very polite and made me feel as if I were the only client they were dealing with. Everyone was very efficient and kept me informed of progress. The sale of my house and purchase of another property went through very well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fenn Wright to friends and family alike.

Just purchased an apartment in Chelmsford through these guys. The transaction was handled very professionally from first viewing through to completion with great communication across the many parties involved. Both Scott and Cameron were always on hand to help the process along and nothing was too much trouble.

I would like to thank Fenn Wright’s generally but specifically a massive thank you to Hannah and Jamie who have been excellent. Jamie found me a buyer almost the next day and by the weekend they had been and made an offer. Hannah is based in Essex and whilst I didn’t meet her in person she was ever present for me on email or phone. Hannah had to endure my northern accent and probably used google translate for each sentence I was babbling.  When I needed to have updates from solicitors or potential delays Hannah resolved them instantly and my sale was done quickly and smoothly. I have not had the usual house move drama’s or pain and I am very happy. I will use Hannah and Jamie again on my next purchase/sale no doubt.

I couldn’t recommend Fenn Wright enough especially Kirsty King. She has been so helpful, and kept on top of everything. Would definitely use again.
