Very good communication. Our buying process went smooth thanks to communication from the agent, his name is Luke. He made sure the solicitors from both parts were up to date even though they failed to communicate among them. He was always in touch and updated us on every step of the process.

Fenn Wright were amazing from the moment our house was valued. Ollie took the time with us explaining the process and dealing with the paperwork and represented our house beautifully.  Fenn Wright were in contact regularly when it came to booking visits or accepting figures. We thank all involved but mostly our thanks and gratitude goes to Tracy. In the final weeks of our sale, Tracy was supportive with complications and fighting our corner and importantly a great person to rant to when we were feeling rather stressed and under pressure. Tracy’s knowledge was reassuring throughout a complex sale! We can’t thank Tracy enough for saving our sanity! Thank you once again!

It was our first time purchasing a property and Fenn Wright was an absolute dream to work with. The whole team were always friendly, polite and approachable. They were always happy to answer any questions we had, whether it was phone calls or emails, you would always receive a swift response.  Kirsty King in particular, who oversaw the process once the offer had been accepted was exceptional, and looking back at our recent experience I’m so grateful she was there supporting us and working extremely hard – day and night sometimes! We exchanged within 12 weeks and I’m sure this is due to Kirsty’s meticulous hard work. 

Jack did a fantastic job. He understood the pro’s and con’s of the property, the overall market, and the likely target segments. He communicated regularly, concisely and accurately to me. He listened to my feedback in response to him, and acted accordingly and appropriately. Thank you Jack.

Our entire experience with buying our first home has been a stressful journey, but we could not have done it without Kelsey Stein at Fenn Wright. Kelsey constantly called me to keep us updated, and even when there was nothing to update, she would ring with reassurance that she was doing everything she could, and that was priceless when I was pulling my hair out throughout the sale.
