Joanne is just fantastic. She helped my mother in law to find a property. After an initial viewing and talking to my her, Jo was able to really understand what my MIL would need and want. She showed her some options including the one my mother in law fell in love with. Jo really listens, has a fantastic energy and is genuinely willing to help. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with her.

We cannot speak highly enough of the whole Fenn Wright team under the expert guidance of Jamie who is first class at communication and has excellent people skills in addition to a comprehensive knowledge of the local property market. Our chain became quite long and it is entirely down to Jamie that it succeeded as she committed very early to managing and organising all of the other agents and solicitors down the length of the chain. She guaranteed that each week we would have an update reporting how the chain was progressing and this greatly put our minds at rest during what could have been a stressful time liaising between all of the involved parties. Every phone call and e-mail was answered in a timely and professional manner. The whole team act with integrity and maintain a professional yet friendly approach. We would not hesitate to recommend Fenn Wright from our experience both as buyers and latterly as sellers. Highly recommended. We first dealt with Fenn Wright when purchasing a property in Woodbridge in 2024. We were so impressed by our experience that we returned to them for a valuation when we were selling another more rural property in the area. Jamie arrived for the valuation armed with thorough and in depth research of similar sold properties in the area proving to us that she thoroughly understood the market and where best to position our valuation. Fenn Wright produced beautiful photographs which showed our property off to it’s full potential and worked closely with us to get accurate descriptions to present in their marketing. We very quickly had viewings booked – always at a time convenient to us and allowing plenty of time for prospective buyers to view and ask questions about the property. Full asking price offers quickly followed and we were guided and advised carefully by Fenn Wright in the direction of which buyer to choose from the interested parties. As soon as we had agreed the sale with our buyer, Jamie and her team ensured that the process ran smoothly and efficiently.
