    We recently bought a property through Fenn Wright Witham and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the whole team was efficient, friendly, and always willing to take the time to answer any queries we had. They were proactive in chasing anything that needed to be followed up, which really helped keep things moving smoothly.

    Whilst everyone we dealt with was lovely, we had the most contact with Georgia, who was brilliant. She made what is a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable, thanks to her open communication with us and being so approachable. She kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we felt supported throughout the move.

    Having used other estate agents in the past that didn’t necessarily make the process as easy for us, it showed what a difference it makes when you have the right people there to help you through. We would highly recommend Fenn Wright Witham to anyone looking to buy in the area.

    We recently purchased a new home in Blackmore, Essex. It was a new build development, and Fenn Wright has been an excellent agent to do business with. Throughout the process, Steve, in particular, kept us informed and aware of any developments. The service level was five stars, and we felt very accommodated at every step. Our process from viewing the property to moving in was just over 4 weeks, possibly one of the fastest moves in history, and I put that down to Steve helping us at every turn and liaising with the developer to ensure we were all communicating smoothly.     I can’t speak for the company as a client as such but I would like to highlight the one person I dealt with from Fenn Wright through the purchase of a property Fenn Wright was marketing. Apart from being professional and efficient Jamie was exceptional at navigating the more personal aspect of the business of buying/selling a house. She was patient and sensitive to the experience of those involved in the negotiations and acted with integrity and compassion through a very stressful and frustrating situation. I applaud her.
