Once price was agreed to sell our property, Chris, Sophie and Josh worked really hard for us at the Kesgrave office. Very professional at all times, very helpful and a great service given. They kept us up to date with all developments, would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Very nice people to deal with in what was a difficult transaction. I did feel they earned their fee and went the extra mile. Would happily recommend to others or deal with them again.

We have been extremely impressed with Fenn Wright from start to finish, throughout the process of buying our new home. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and professional, but Julie-Ann in particular was fantastic. She provided an excellent service as our point of contact through what was at times a very challenging transaction. She always responded promptly and with the utmost professionalism. She was friendly and easy to chat to, but most importantly we really trusted her, even though we were not strictly her clients. Without her hard work and efforts beyond the call of duty, there is a real possibility the transaction would not have ended as happily as it has.

Having previously bought a house through Fenn Wright (Graham Buxton at the Colchester branch in 1996) and being very pleased with the service we received, we had no doubts about using you again to sell my mother’s flat in Manningtree. This was again as pain-free and as pleasant an experience as it was before. The staff, in particular Ryan, kept us up to date with the progress at every stage in a friendly, jovial but at the same time efficient and professional manner.
